Help with Menopause Symptoms

Recognizing the early symptoms of menopause can help you better understand and prepare for this natural transition in life. Menopause marks the end of a woman’s reproductive years and typically occurs between the ages of 45 and 55. However, symptoms can begin much earlier during a phase called perimenopause, which can last several years.

At 49, I have personally been perimenopausal for around 4 years and I believe I am hitting menopause.

One of the most common early signs of menopause is irregular periods and this was what alerted me to potential hormonal changes within myself and when I started to seek help with menopause symptoms. As your body produces less oestrogen, your menstrual cycle may become unpredictable—shorter, longer, heavier, or lighter than usual.
