Anal sex: is this a normal part of a sexual relationship? Do women enjoy it? Is there a way to make it more pleasurable?

Some women really enjoy anal sex and others not at all. The enjoyment for a woman can depend on the skill and experience of the guy. Guys who think they can just ram it in without any for play and preparation in that area will likely cause a lot of pain.
For introducing anal sex to a new relationship both people have to be willing and wanting to explore it. Its important for both to be relaxed especially the woman. Lots of foreplay would be recommended. The area needs to be moist either through saliva (rimming) or lubricant, and the key for first timers is to go slow. As a guy you can feel if the lady is relaxed or not. Never enter when she isn’t, or push further as this will cause discomfort.
Women that enjoy anal sex usually prefer it with average/small penises as large can be too uncomfortable.
Exploring with fingers and anal toys can be a less intrusive introduction to play in that area.
